1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Taara (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
2. What Taara provides
Taara provides booking pages, scheduling tools, and optional payment collection for beauty and personal-care professionals. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Free trial and subscription
New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use of the Service costs $29.99 per month, billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Payments from your clients
If you choose to collect deposits or payments from your clients, those payments are processed by Stripe. Taara is not a party to the transaction between you and your client. You are responsible for your own prices, refunds, and the services you provide.
6. Your content and client information
You keep ownership of your business content. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the information of your clients and for following the laws that apply to your business.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that may cause harm to the Service or to others.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
